This community sits in a quickly developing area of town; there are several shopping plazas along Centennial Parkway that offer grocery stores, retail spaces, restaurants, entertainment options, and other services. Also, Rome Pines neighbors several K-12 schools, including Don E. Hayden Elementary School and Legacy High School. Rome Pines is a controlled-access community, and residents enjoy many community amenities, including a pool and splash pad for kids, playground, fitness facility, business center, barbeque and picnic areas, and covered parking. Rome Pines is also staffed with a Resident Services Coordinator who connects residents to community assistance programs; volunteer groups; and community activities, including workforce development opportunities, homework assistance programs, and summer education curricula. Monthly rent at Rome Pines vary by building. Monthly rent at Rome Pines I starts at $766 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, $915 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, and $1,052 for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $26,250 gross annual income, a two-person household must not exceed $30,000 gross annual income, and a three-person household must not exceed $33,750. Monthly rent at Rome Pines II starts at $626 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, $578 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, and $662 for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment home – income restrictions do apply. Gross annual income requirements are the same as Rome Pines I. Rates and income thresholds may vary. We do not charge for water, sewer, or trash, and we do not charge monthly pet fees.
